Bio:

• Extensive experience with both residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, including title searches and resolving title issues.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living wills, and life estate deeds.
• Probate court experience in multiple cities and towns across Rhode Island.
• Experience with business transactions such as asset purchases and sales; reviewing and drafting business contracts for business services, employment, and more.
• Extensive experience with business start-ups, including forming LLCs and corporations, and drafting all necessary business formation documents.
• Experience with negotiating and settling personal injury cases stemming from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slips and falls.
• Experience in family court with contested and uncontested divorces and custody disputes.
